Research by the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies was cited in a Foreign Affairs article about the Colombian peace agreement.
The Kroc Institute reported that 30 percent of the stipulations of the peace accord had yet to be initiated, and the government made “minimum” progress on another 34 percent.
