Paolo Carozza appointed to Venice Commission

The U.S. Department of State recently appointed Notre Dame Law Professor Paolo Carozza to serve on the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, a prestigious international body of lawyers, judges, academics and government officials. Carozza, who also serves as director of the Kellogg Institute for International Studies, part of the Keough School, is known for his work in international human rights.
