Jesuit presents book on how religion, ethics can shape refugee response

A virtual event presented by the Keough School of Global Affairs and Georgetown University’s Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs was featured in a Crux article.

Clemens Sedmak, professor of social ethics, was a speaker at the event. Sedmak raised the question of whether the world will have to “rethink the common good” in a moment of crisis, particularly the present pandemic. “How do we endure solidarity in crisis?” he asked during his remarks.
