Lydia Knoll has spent the last eight years working in the sports industry across various functions, most recently driving Adidas’s North America Social Impact efforts. Her early career impact won her the Front Office Sports Rising 25 award as well as the CSM and Sports Business Journal “Game Changers Mentee” title.

Currently, Lydia is pursuing a dual degree MGA/MBA and supports the Meyer Business on the Frontlines team as a teaching and research assistant with particular focus on the intersection of environmental and social justice.

While in school, Lydia serves on the board of advisors for the Good Game Foundation and has founded Evergood, an environmental, social, and governance strategy agency that aims to increase the positive impact of small businesses, nonprofits, and activists. Lydia is the recipient of a Donald & Marilyn Keough Fellowship.
