Khadijat Atere

Khadijat Atere earned a bachelor’s degree in forest resources management at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. In 2020, she was selected for the for the Erasmus Program, an EU student exchange program, through which she attended the University of Jaén in Spain and took courses in environmental education and management, conservation of geological resources, and geological hazards. Khadijat is passionate about environmental sustainability. Upon graduation from university, Khadijat worked with Vertex Atlantic Architects, where she utilized her knowledge of urban forestry to work on environmental projects for the company. Khadijat is the recipient of a Coca-Cola Global Affairs Fellowship.
