Lisa Matejka

Associate Director of Finance

Lisa Matejka is the associate director of finance in the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame. In this role, Matejka assists in developing financial strategies and ensures that all Keough School financial planning, day-to-day management, and reporting are aligned with university and Keough School policies. She also supports the implementation of programs and strategic initiatives for the school and its nine institutes and centers, collaborating to ensure timely implementation of the budget process, financial operations, and reporting throughout the fiscal year. She also is responsible for the planning and day-to-day management of the dean’s office budget.

Prior to joining the Keough School, Matejka served for seven years as the associate director of finance and administration at Notre Dame’s Center for Social Concerns, an academic unit dedicated to justice education and research for the common good. Before coming to Notre Dame in 2016, she worked as the controller for the Sisters of the Holy Cross, an international congregation of women religious whose motherhouse is located in Notre Dame, Indiana. She also has worked in public accounting, banking, and investment management.

Matejka holds an MNA degree from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Indiana University, and a BS in accounting from Indiana University. She is a certified public accountant, licensed in the state of Indiana.
