Josh Stowe manages communications strategy and content development for the Keough School, focusing on public policy. Working closely with the Keough School’s Washington Office, he creates and implements digital marketing strategies, manages projects, and develops compelling content for a variety of channels, including websites and social media.

Before joining the Keough School, Stowe worked as the Notre Dame Alumni Association’s writer and editor, managing a mix of storytelling and marketing communications initiatives. Previously, he worked as a digital specialist for the Alumni Association, overseeing its websites and social media, and as web editor for the College of Arts and Letters, where he helped academic departments establish a strategic online presence.

A former journalist, Stowe earned a BA in American studies from Notre Dame and a master’s degree in liberal studies from Indiana University South Bend.
