The Keough School Washington Office plays a crucial role in our policy impact work by connecting our faculty and students with policymakers and practitioners. Together, we build relationships and facilitate the exchange of ideas that will make a difference for the world’s most vulnerable people.

Strategically positioned in the heart of Washington, D.C, the office facilitates relationship-building by:

• Convening: Organizing policy forum that enable faculty and policymakers to discuss research insights and move evidence into policy action;

• Networking: Providing multiple opportunities for students to connect with policy experts at a variety of government agencies and think tanks through one-one-one meetings, site visits and engagements with our growing alumni network in Washington; and

• Professional Development: Helping students secure internships and informational interviews that will prepare them for policy careers and by supporting experiential learning opportunities.
