Philip Rugamba is the web and digital content program manager for the University of Notre Dame's Keough School of Global Affairs, where he manages the school's websites and digital publishing standards, accessibility, search visibility, and the editorial workflows behind them.
Rugamba came to global affairs after more than a decade as a founder, experience designer, and consultant. He previously worked with Uganda's Ministry of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, the United Nations' International Trade Centre in the Middle East, the Washington, DC–based customer experience agency Tahzoo, and startups in Kampala, Cape Town, and San Francisco. In South Bend, he was the first program hire at the Momentum Entrepreneurship Hub and worked with Alpha Dog Agency on design, AI solutions, and strategy for dozens of local businesses.
Rugamba holds a master's degree from Notre Dame's ESTEEM program and a bachelor's degree in architecture from Uganda Martyrs University.
