Natasha Jha is a postdoctoral research associate with the Ford Program in Human Development Studies and Solidarity at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies. Her research focuses on human capital formation, gender, and the role of institutions. She is also interested in examining the environmental impact of agricultural policies.

Previously, Jha worked as a research associate at the Indian School of Business. She earned a Ph.D. in applied economics and management from Cornell University in August 2023.
