Mary Jo Anderson

Prior to joining the Keough School in July 2024, Mary Jo had been working at the Notre Dame Law School since 2019, collaborating closely with the Notre Dame Tax Clinic, and more recently with the International Human Rights LL.M. and the Global Human Rights Clinic. She is a “Double Domer” having obtained her B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. She was a Glenn Peters fellow and the recipient of the Dean Konop Legal Aid and Defender award while in law school. Determined to devote her career to public interest she was a staff attorney with Indiana Legal Services, a division head in the Child Support Division of the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office, and Executive Director of the Volunteer Lawyer Network, Inc. before taking time off to raise her family. She deeply appreciates the opportunity to assist the Dean's Office, and be a small part of its mission toward integral human development.
