Carli Steelman

Carli Steelman is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies in the Keough School of Global Affairs. Her research explores how settlement agreements constrain social movements’ ability to shape legacies of violence. She confronts these questions through an interdisciplinary perspective that draws on a diverse methodological skill set; her areas of expertise include quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, and geospatial approaches. While the majority of her postdoctoral duties are devoted to expanding her existing research, she will also have teaching and administrative responsibilities.
