Ashley Bennett serves as the events strategy program director for the Keough School, overseeing event strategies and collaboration across the school’s nine institutes and centers and the Washington office. Her responsibilities include strategic oversight and coordination for major school events and meetings, including the biannual meetings of the Keough School Advisory Council. Along with event strategy, she manages the Jenkins Nanovic Halls space scheduling for internal and external constituents.

Prior to joining the Keough School, Bennett was the associate director for events and guest services at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, supporting the events and performances hosted annually at the center and leading the house manager and usher corps. Most recently, she served as the senior director for leadership events within University Operations, Events, and Safety, leading the planning and execution of high-level campus events for the President’s Office and Development, where university benefactors and the Board of Trustees were present.

Before coming to Notre Dame in 2011, Bennett was a 17-year veteran language arts and theater teacher at two local high schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Indiana University Bloomington and has been a lifelong resident of the community.
