All Notre Dame graduate students are invited to join us for cocktails and an informal conversation with Ambassador Richard M. Mills, Jr., Deputy Representative of the United States of America to the United Nations (no registration required).
Amb. Mills will also present an on-campus public talk, “Ukraine: What it Means for Multilateralism, the UN, and US Foreign Policy,” on April 13. That event is free and open to the public, and registration is required.
