Supplementary Majors and Minors

A world of opportunities

The Keough School’s supplementary majors and minors allow undergraduates to deepen their study of global affairs alongside their primary major, drawing on interdisciplinary teaching and real-world engagement. Designed to complement any primary major, these programs draw on a rich array of courses across Notre Dame’s colleges and departments — all within a distinctive global framework.

Explore topics like conflict resolution, social entrepreneurship or human rights — or dive deep into the cultures and histories of regions such as Asia, Ireland or Europe.

As a Keough School student you’ll join a vibrant, interdisciplinary community of peers and professors who share your curiosity about the world. You’ll also connect with the institutes and centers that support your chosen program — opening the door to enhanced opportunities for research, mentorship, social events and study abroad.

Whatever your path, the Keough School’s programs help you understand and address today’s most urgent global challenges.
